Matt was always responsive and very helpful and made sure that our needs and wants were taken care of in the best way possible. He was great at solving any problem or hiccup we would run into, with a great network of local contractors ready to help out on a short notice to make closing possible in a timely manner. As buyers from out of state, we needed someone with eyes and ears on the ground. He did tons of research on each home in which we were interested to make sure it was worth the long drive to look at them. Once he found us the right home, he helped us negotiate a great deal.
