Chris has called Nags Head, NC home for the past 15 years and is deeply connected to the Outer Banks community. As the owner of The Gold Hammer LLC, he’s on a mission to refresh, restore, and rebuild the OBX area. This hands-on contractor experience gives him unique insight into the homes and neighborhoods he serves, allowing him to guide clients with an expert understanding of local properties and coastal living. He is committed to making the buying, selling, or investing process as straightforward and stress-free as possible.

Chris holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Entrepreneurship from VCU and was a Division I wrestling letter winner at Virginia Tech. He also won a national wrestling championship in Puerto Rico — accomplishments that instilled discipline, determination, and a strong work ethic.

When he’s not assisting clients, Chris enjoys traveling the world in search of the perfect wave as an avid surfer. He is known for being knowledgeable, approachable, and dedicated to his clients’ success.
